Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) is a flagship program of the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India (GoI).
The mission is aimed to provide Functional Household Tap Connection (FHTC) to every rural household,
i.e., Har Ghar Nal Se Jal (HGNSJ) by 2028.
State Water and Sanitation Mission (SWSM), Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Government of Maharashtra,
is implementing Jal Jeevan Mission in Maharashtra.
